Our sworn members include Police Officer’s in all areas of Policing, including Uniform Patrol, Plainclothes & Detectives.
Civilian Members
Our civilian members include Special Constables, Communications Operators, Civilian Specialists & Support Staff.

The HPA has an elected President who serves as the Chief Executive Officer and presides over all Association activities. The President’s responsibilities include ensuring that all HPA activities are conducted to the highest financial, legal and labour standards.
